Laurelee Blanchard entered the real estate profession in 1986 after earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration with an emphasis in real estate. She joined Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, where she was promoted to Senior Vice President and elected to the board of directors. Laurelee’s commitment to client service helped her succeed as a top producer in her firm.

Real estate awards presented to Laurelee include Irvine Company Broker of the Year, Top Koll Broker, Top Newport Center Broker, and the Trammel Crow Star Performance Award. Laurelee’s real estate clients include major corporations such as Pacific Investment Management (PIMCO), Ameriquest Technologies, Interplay Productions, Coors Brewing Company, Red Robin International, Pillsbury Company, Saddleback Hospital, Colgate Palmolive, National Associates and Cannon Astro.

After arriving on Maui in 1999, Laurelee devoted significant effort toward community service. As a consultant for Farm Sanctuary, she was responsible for public outreach, establishment relations, legislation, campaign strategizing and database management. She also worked as Communications Director for FARM, writing and submitting news releases, conducting radio and television interviews, running the letters to editor program, managing celebrity relations, securing proclamations from government officials and administering the media database. She served on FARM’s Board of Directors until 2006. Presently she is active as the leader of the Vegetarian Society of Hawaii on Maui, and a member of its board of directors.

 

Laurelee donates 20% of her commission to the organization of her client’s choice.

 

Laurelee’s personal interests include running, weight lifting, cycling, swimming, hiking, art, and reading. She lives on an 8-acre farm in Haiku with rescued goats, donkeys, cats and chickens.
